The SC-7100 is a Voice over IP Residential Gateway integrated with Cable Modem which allows operators to implement VoIP phone services directly through Cable-Modem Broadband Network service with its built-in DOCSIS/EURODOCSIS 2.0 compliant specification.

This SC-7100 VOIP cable modem allows operators to converge both high-speed data and VOIP service on one network. By adapting the DOCSIS 2.0 standard of protocols, the TCM-7100 can offer high speed Internet service and up to two lines of primary line VOIP telephone service through RJ-11 connectors. The integrated cable modem is then connected to a PC through a 10/100 based T with an RJ-45 connector or through the USB port.
